Korean War: Counter-Attack, scenario #54: Chinju Crossing

Interesting, in this scenario the Americans attack in the night using an underwater bridge of their own! The Americans must clear all the town hexes and the north-south road hexes on map 110 to win. The Nam River is major and here is where I made both my strategic and tactical errors. I setup my underwater bridge crossing point way west of the enemy units being too overly cautious. Being that it was night and the North Koreans were on the defensive, I probably didn’t have to. It took me 4 turns just to get into contact with the NKPA units and with only 16 turns in this scenario it was not enough to clear the North Koreans from all the objectives, as there were still some holdouts in town. Next time, I’ll cross right up close the NKPA and risk the counter-attack but have a better chance to win. This was a NKPA victory by my lack of planning well.
