This 40 turn scenario was over in a mere 7. That's right 7. Two factors led to this. The first was the poor deployment of the Soviets. I mistakenly deployed the T-34s with the T-26s not taking into account the poor movement factor of the T-26s. What I should have done is made a screen of T-26s with a mobile reserve of T-34s to mop up any successful Romanians. The second factor was the unbelievable initiative rolls for Romania, consistently getting two activations before the Soviets could do anything. The Romanians did not fire a shot and only lost ONE step. Very good armour training scenario.
