Having played a similar scenario in "Battle of the bulge", I got a bit tired of the whole thing. However, I played it through just to see if I could get through to the West side of the playing area. The Germans managed to do it, just in the nick of time. The tanks broke through to the West, leaving the infantry to fight it out in the town. The Americans lost their M-18 early, due to a misplacement of the unit and lost their AT gun soon after. (Not a very good showing for the American Commander!) After removing the AT threats, the Germans just waltzed into town and proceeded to wink out the Americans from the town.
