Scenario AfKo001

The Aussies dug in one inf and their HMG forward of the Italian objective hex, with a second inf and their mortar dug in a few hexes left of the HMG. The remaining Aussie inf was not dug in, but set up as a mobile forward observer. The Italians came right up out of the wadi and took advantage of disorganization cased by their artillery to move in close to the Aussie HMG. A sharp firefight ensued with no losses for either side but one Italian inf retreating back to the wadi.

It was a typical PG scenario: fun but not especially well suited for competitive play.

Well, crap. I completely missed [6.8] saying that all German AFVs have tank leaders. I guess I'll need to go back and replay this one sometime. Hopefully I'll get it right.
