There is absolutely nothing to game here. Japanese are stuck in their trenches while the Americans are overpowering, on equal morale, and have no more casualty limit. Americans will stay adjacent and just pour DF and OBA into the Japanese until they are no more. They have plenty of time to spare in doing so.
