The French counter attack at Stonne is depicted here. Its fair to say the French commander got off to a slow start and had some bad luck. The more mobile German tanks although inferior to the French B1's ren rings around the French attacking forces never really damaging them too much but distracting the French commander who was concerned about flanking shots. The French INF suffered at the hands of accurate German defensive fire and the result was not really in doubt from about halfway through the scenario. A little to one sided to be a great scenario this one |
