Actually there are 2 campaigns in there. Lake Khasan and Khalkhin Gol. They are good studies, but force historical results too hard.

You are likely to run into a kommissar problem. I suggest not requiring commissary to move toward demoralized units if the path is blocked by a closer enemy unit. You will see what I mean, and why.
