Scenario of the Month 2012 July - Scenario Selection Voting!
Reminder that scenario selection is based on the following principles (in this order):

1. a scenario that is owned and playable by as large a part of the participants as possible
   
2. a scenario that none of the participants have played before
   
3. a scenario that has no prior plays in the PG-HQ database
   
4. a scenario that has no prior AARs in the PG-HQ database
   

Requirement 1 - Max Ownership

17 members signed up, collection analysis is as follows:

100% Ownership - Elsenborn Ridge
88% Ownership - Road to Berlin, Eastern Front, Desert Rats, & Afrika Korps

This being the first ever scenario of the month, I'm inclined to select the game which lets everyone who signed-up participate, so we're going with Elsenborn Ridge.

Requirement 2 - New to Everyone

There are 17 Elsenborn Ridge scenarios that have not been played by anyone who signed-up...

Requirement 3 - No plays in PG-HQ

Elsenborn Ridge has 100% play coverage so this requirement is waived.

Requirement 4 - No AARs in PG-HQ

Well I went for Bastard Tanks, though I was sorely tempted by Twin Villages: Panzer Graveyard, I think that the former has a cool mix of units which swung it for me. But I will go with the majority vote.
