looking for Liberation 1944
Hello all.
I missed the release of this title last fall and now it seems to be sold out.Dodgy
Any one know of any place I could order this title?
It seems AP isn't doing much with distributors from correspondence with on-line retailers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Robert

In all seriousness, I would wait for the reprint. The first run of this had maps that were too dark and not worth the money.

That is a million dollar question. No word on it, not sure that the secondary market, ebay/bbg etc, will have much at the moment.

Robert, Avalanche Press print another small batch of the new games sometimes after they go out of stock. The "sometimes after" is hard to define because they use a small company for making the counters and thus there is a queue. Even within Avalanche Press, there is a priority for the items that are out of print.

While my Liberation '44 maps were a bit dark, they look great if I don't put them under plexiglas and thus I strongly disagree with Campsawyer's assessment.

Robert,

Where do you live ? I'd happily send you mine. Some counters have been punched for the one scenario I was going to play, but other than that, unused, unplayed so far.

RE: looking for Liberation 1944
Hi Vince, sorry for the delay in responding.
I saw your offer but was working on a bulk deal from another person.
As of tonight, it is final and has shipped to me.
Now the hard part of waiting.
I purchased Liberation 1944, Saipan and Marianas, and Road to Berlin.
I am quite happy and shipping was $10 more than AP charges for one game. :-|
Again, sorry for the delay and thanks.
Robert
