I recall a bridging detachment in one of wire diagrams. Probably in C&C: War in the East, but no rules. There were some crude bridge building rules in Panzer Leader. Scaling those to PG would mean it takes 16 turns for a truck bridge or 24 turns for a tank bridge. What those bridges translate to in PG is another matter, but you are looking at somewhere around 20 turns. That BtW, is what they said in Kelly's Heros. Hmmm.

I think they are using inflatable/collapsible pontoons and rubber rafts.
