RE: Counter Storage!
Jay, I do something similar. I suppose I ought to put together a list as well. To date I have found ziplocks to be the easiest way to keep the leaders separate which is absolutely essential but it would be quicker to have the units available by nationality and type. I quail, however, at the space necessary to do so.

At this point I find that I spend less than 20 minutes or so setting up a scenario, including setting up a scenario log sheet so I will stay in ziplocks for the foreseeable future.

Yeah Matt, I doubt I ever switch to plastic containers.

I also found another bag: Romanian, download extra type tank counters from AP.

RE: Counter Storage!
Well, we all know where you keep the counters Jay, the question becomes, where do you put the maps, rules, charts and scenario books that used to be in the boxes?

Since almost all of us have probably mixed up our leaders between games until we got wiser, we need a list of leaders provided in each product.

I've noticed that's a little hard to do with the laser cut sheets, as its easy to lose a counter or two when lifting the tree up the the xerox machine Sad

Larry,

Check on BGG. I think that someone has prepared a partial list of the leaders from many of the games.

RE: Counter Storage!
I had been storing the counters in the Darice Deluxe Organizer with 32 compartments, but those don't fit inside the game boxes. I just bought the 20 compartment organizer for 1940:FoF and all the counters fit in it and the organizer fits in the box. I may go back and convert the other box games to those. I like them for two main reasons: the compartments have rounded bottoms so the counters come out easily and they snap shut so the counters can't fall out.

Currently on sale at Joann's for 2 bucks... not bad!

RE: Counter Storage!
My wife just started "beading" (in essence costume jewelry making). Many of the solutions that people are suggesting are actually storage made for beading. She has watched me store my counters in ziplocs for years and when she started I asked her if she needed any of the storage solutions they were suggesting and she said that she would rather use ziplocs!

I am holding off for the six month itch when she will want to have her materials match everyone else's...
