Ok, Is this a misprint or am I missing something?

Saw this on Troll and Toad while browsing around. Not sure if this is Old or a new name for North Flank???

When Kursk was first offered up as a classic wargame subject to purchase pledges, it was called PG Citadel. There was even one support article for the game, "Infantry at Citadel" in the daily content column.
