RE: Does scenario size matter?

When we hit 5,000 plays in the next month or so I'll re-run all those calculations and we'll see if there have been any changes, but I wouldn't expect there to be to great a shift on something like that (how often do you buy new tables?)
Shad,
A couple of clarifications, the x-axis is the number of maps, correct? With the two series, %-series does this define the % of maps used in all scenarios within PG or something else?

The x-axis is the number of geomorphic maps in a scenario. Non-GM maps are converted to their GM-area equivalents.
The blue line is the % of all scenarios having that map count.
The green line is the % of all plays having that map count.
Bulge 1, for example, is a key reason the one-map-play percentage is so far above the actual one-map-scenario percentage.
Mind you these are all from the article I wrote after 1000 plays. That was a LONG time ago and a LOT of new scenarios have been released since then, so both lines will change somewhat when I re-run all the calcs at 5k.
...came for the cardboard, stayed for the camaraderie...

Thanks, makes sense now.

Blue Division #15, Las Tropas me Abandonan!, uses 12 maps and 347 counters. A scenario I hope to play someday when my wife visits her mother with the kids.
Where does Mother in Law live...Mars . I think Blue Division #15 will take a long time and no doubt your good lady wife might have some suggestions as to what might need doing in the house while she was away I know mine would!
