Errata =/= PG-HQ Errors

Now that member-driven errata submission is back, let me take a moment to clarify something.

Errata are errors within the PG universe - mislabeled counters, typos in scenario setup, victory condition clarifications, etc.

Errata are not errors within the PG-HQ universe - those are handled by filing a error/omission report via the link at the upper and lower right of every Library item.
