I don't know, it just looks odd. I wasn't upset (Dr. Mike may be.). It was just weird. The download link should be individualized to the file. Sort of like the links I sent you.

That could be as I viewed dropbox page to confirm but didn't download since I was at SFO, which was unsecured and didn't have much speed.

What sort of PC have you got?

The APL download is a ZIP file. Windows Explorer should be able to open it and extract the files.
After that, everything is PDF. Finding a reader for them is easy. I use Sumatra, but there are others.
