There are a variety of random event tables in several PG games or supplements, including: Panzer Grenadier, Desert Rats and La Campagne de Tunisie.

In addition, the Optional Rules section of the 4th Edition of the PG Rules (Pages 36-41) also contains several, purely optional, random events that players may use at their discretion.

The ones I know from the old games are Eastern Front Dx, Battle of the Bulge, Beyond Normandy, Desert Rats, Guadalcanal, Heroes of the Soviet Union and the Airborne Behind the Beaches scenario.

New games with random events are 1940 Fall of France 2nd Ed, Road to Dunkirk and Britain's Battle of the Bulge.
