Intervention
I was just finishing up a review of my collection against PG games published and found that the game "Intervention", while it is listed in my individual profile list, is NOT listed in the PG games library. Since it IS a Korean War game (according to Jay Townsend, at any rate) and is reputed to be a major game of that conflict, I was interested in a description of it. Vas ist loss?

RE: Intervention
Intervention is a Golden Journal from 2017 for PG Modern and Sword of Israel, it depicts a hypothetical clash between Soviet Paratroopers and IDF forces around 1967. It is two scenarios. It is listed in the Game Library under the PG Modern Games.

RE: Intervention
There is a Chinese intervention module called "Chosin Reservoir" for the Korean War but it's yet to be published.

RE: Intervention
So, the game "intervention" circa 2012-13 was never put out. Now THAT'S typical!

RE: Intervention
The Wargame Vault has the Intervention download for $6. Most of the other Gold Club downloads are over there too.
Now the question becomes, depending on how many of the download expansions you want, is it better to go with the Gold Club and get all the ones you want, or buy them individually at the Wargame Vault.

Which brings us to my number ONE beef.... Iffin you ain't gonna publish in a decent span of time..... (Say... six months.) DON'T even bring up the topic! It has been 13 months since "Fire & Sword" has been first hyped. "Tiger Hunter" (which isn't even mentioned anymore) had been on order by me since Jul '23. "Polish Exiles" - Since Sep '23. ....and on it goes.
That, my friend, is how you KILL a business. (Just sayin".)

It is called the Great AP Ponzi Scheme, some of these games have been taking unsuspecting gamers money for years under the disguise they are going to come out soon but some are over 10 years in the making. At least other gaming companies tell you they are in the pre production stage and will not charge you till they ship but not AP. The really sad thing is you have some unscrupulous people pushing these games on their fellow gamers knowing full well they are not coming out for years.
