So the moral of the story is: "Thou shalt not drive passenger laden unarmored trucks in the face of the enemy. Thou shalt disembark at the last covered and concealed position."

With the corollary: Thou shalt not be spotted driving passenger laden half-tracks in the face of (within the range of) an enemy equipped with AT guns (or anything with an AT value).

How the Americans phrase things different to the British Army:

NCO's would go for something more along the lines of :

"Don't drive this f*****g sh*t heap to that f*****g position you f*****g twatty c**t !!!

Lacks the biblical feel of Fred's version but is probably as a effective when in a scrape

Always attacks on the 30-col of the Assault Table irrespective of terrain. Short-range AT value of 6 (can eat through armor).
Holy Hand Grenades from Antioch attack on the 42-col BF Table. Otherwise, DF & BF suffer a -2 col shift as though the Killer Rabbit were entrenched.
