I checked it out and my page ends just below the "new attachment" line. (Go figure!) So it is on my end. So, unless I can gimmick something to pick up the "post new thread" line/area...... I'm SOL!

Does your browser not have a scroll bar on the side? What are you using?

I have a laptop (just like a million of them) running windows 10. I checked out the scroll bar and it was bottomed out and STILL it dd not show the "Post Thread" line. Unbelievable! (But there it is!)

Yet it worked for you once a few days ago when you started this thread so somehow it is accessible. That is a good thing because we can probably figure that out. 

When this stuff happens to me, I try it in another browser . If you are using Edge, try Chrome. Just as a test to isolate if it is the browser. That might help shad figure it out.

Also I have bad eyes. I set the magnification of my browser quite high and sometime that affects how the browser figures out how to draw the page. Can you see if you can reduce the magnification just a touch and maybe that will help.
