I fantasize about buying and playing that Berlin module with another hardcore wargamer, but have neither the time nor the partner.
Someday, my precious, someday!
I have that and it's massive in an impressive way, and I too genuinely hope to get to it face to face, but I may have to settle for solo somewhere along the line... same with the Omaha West that just showed up (now just need Omaha East).

RE: Cheating on Panzer Grenadier
I've been mucking around with Glory from GMT. Quick play. And the chit draw adds a little suspense to the game. Thinking about setting up War without Mercy or Brute Force.

RE: Cheating on Panzer Grenadier
Card driven games are best for me since I have a live-in opponent. My wife loves Paths of Glory; asked recently what regrets she'd have at the end of her life, she said, "Not having time to play more PoG with Doug."

I swear it! She's beaten me at PoG and For the People. I'm still unbeaten at Wilderness War--those Indians are incredibly handy when cutting enemy supply lines in the woods.
