I feel the main reason is to many scenarios and not enough time in one's life to play them all. I myself have played just one Casino and that was recently, but the game has been on the shelf for years.

I believe we would need to be monks to get through all the scenarios that are there and that are to come. We can be the Order of the Grenadier, find and old monastery high and a mountain and hold up there to play PG.
