I'd suggest yes as that is all the modifier states on the assault chart with no option of a 'mixed' group. However, that is when just 2 units are in the assault group (Gds AFV + Gds Foot)

That said, if there was a 3 unit group comprising of a Guards Armour, Guards INF and RKKA INF, I would say that the bonus STILL applied because you have a Guards unit of both types to fulfill the modifier requirement plus some extra RKKA assisting.
