Making most of the series, "boxed games". As opposed to supplements depending on multiple boxed games. As time went on it became very important to have a robust library of PG boxed games, and supplements with counters, to be able to play the newest things coming out. The current emphasis on boxed games which can be played in their entirety without any other products is a relatively new phenomenon.
