I do not know if it's the same for European customers but when my items ship, I always receive an email with the tracking number(s).
If I had a dispute as to whether the packages were received, I would first contact the carrier and ask them what is the problem. One delivery left an expensive "signature required" package in front of my door when I was living in a 1000+ units apartment complex and the package was stolen. It took a while to resolve but it was resolved with the carrier replacing the items.
