This feature is live.

The basic search page sections for Nations, Battle Types, and Conditions have been rearranged somewhat.

Bear in mind that "None of" takes priority over "Any of / All of / Only" so if you choose Eastern Front Deluxe and All of G, R, SU and then None of Romania you will end up with no valid results, as you should.
