Dooming the minefield extension?

I was musing about incorporating the minefield extension into the base module. The extension hasn't changed in over a year. It needs to be available for almost every game, even if not actually loaded. The extension is only 102KB, smaller than most others. I am leaning toward moving it to the base module. Does anyone else have an opinion?
