What I do is save the game packages in separate directory. (Actually I make my own packages, but functionally the same result.) When I don't have a particular game running, I simply delete files in my extensions directory. If I get back to the game, I copy the packaged files back into the extensions directory.
An alternate is to disable any extensions you are not using. For example, disabling the Luftwaffe and SS units, 3rd Armored Div and Normalized Airborne leaders when playing a scenario without them on the field. You are loading 105 extensions. I load 31, I have 3 games, and could cut out at least 10 if those extensions.
