Italian Army Extension load error

I got this error booting up PG Uber 4.0.1:

Extension Id for Order_of_Battle--Italian_Army_1942-43.vmdx (oobITre1940) conflicts with previously loaded extension C:\Program Files\VASSAL-3.2.17\Modules\Core_Data--Panzer_Grenadier_Über_Base_Module_ext\Order_of_Battle--Italian_Army_1940-42.vmdx


What do I need to do to fix this?  Or is this not an problem?
