Yeah, this is curious error of either the narration text or the description/conclusion being describing a more overall action. The narration does seem to allude it happened during the day... but... I do grasp Peter's logic.

 I tried to find anything online about the actual fight and couldn't.  So, I sent an email to Mike Perryman to clarify.  I post his response when and if I get it.
