Disrupted AT gun in Assault

Stupid me I keep saying disrupted but mean demoralized.

If you are Demoralized then you are 1/4 .... I don't think you can initiate an attack, but you can defend---and I think you get 
a free shot if the enemy jumps out of hex (again at 1/4)....

You'd take your AT (3?) and divide by 4, giving you a 1 (rounded) .....so, not to be sneezed at...there might be other modifiers for
being close as well....

DF is 2---it would also round to 1.....
