Yes, it is. All the bridges connected to trails are footbridges only. The ‘real’ bridge is the concrete looking one.

Dunkirk’s terrain is probably the most complicated in the PG series. My eyes are taxed to interpret the dark greens on darker greens, various field, forests with roads or RRs running through them. And you tconfrrmed what a RR to track looks like. The special rules don’t talk about the TEC “railed embankments “which block LOS and cost increased MPs to cross (versus moving along the RR.) The forest on board 124 is a regular wooded type, not a heavy type. Thanks for your help, Leonard.
