Thinking behind maps

Hmm...Winter Wonderland is being reprinted (I assume the same art as before) and the Bulge maps are now being designated for reissue in a future project, in which they will be redrawn.  Never understood why Bulge didn't get the winter treatment. 

No winter treatment because I didn't make the Bulge maps.  APL reprinted the Bulge maps in the current cardstock fashion (rather than the original hardbacked maps) early on, but did not have the art re-done at that time...so no winter version.
