impartial leader selector bug?

Hi,

  I had problems defining the leaders needed for WS#30.  It defaulted to the correct selection for the Yanks.  I saw nowhere to define the Germans.  Can anyone help?

According to the Order of Battle in our Library (link), the Germans have no officers.

I don't have Winter Soldiers on hand to check if this is correct, or not.

If they do have officers, list them here (rank & count!) and I'll correct the Library, which will allow the ILS to provide the correct results (everything is based on our Library).
