They did say privately I could return the product for a refund but since I have purchased all other PG products I don't like that option. Really wanted the maps replaced with workable ones as it seems I am the only one who complained (unless any other complaints are/were deleted).

Do members have any recourse when companies behave badly?

I see AP has learned nothing about customer service even after all the bullshit they've pulled over the years.

I can shed light on this. I saw who posted the original comment on the CSW thread, and I was roundly berated for having dealings with that person while I was at Avalanche. The issue is personal rather than professional, and unfortunately, that's been a problem for Avalanche for a long time. Yes, Avalanche still hasn't figured out that good customer service is 90% of success, but they also need to understand that personal grudges have no place in running a business.

I expect he is simply catching up on past discussions that he missed while he was away from the PG Nuthouse. Wink

RE: *sigh*
Hi all

I ordered Kursk South Flank, Kursk North Flank and Bomb Alley as part of a large order and paid for them in early 2011. Order ID 174090100

I have never received the last three games despite numerous emails to AP including directly to Mike B. AP do not answer their phone and never responded to any of my voice messages. I know Kursk North Flank is not yet ready but the other two have/were available for many months since 2011.

Does anyone have any better ideas for getting AP to respond?

Regards
Andrew Laing

RE: *sigh*
Firstly include the order number in subject of any emails.
Post query over on BGG.
If you have Janet's email, use that.

I think Peter meant ConsimWorld, not BGG as Avalanche Press does not post at all in BGG.

The Avalanche Press folder on ConsimWorld is located at the link below. You navigate to it by clicking, Forum, then Game Company Support Forums, and finally Avalanche Press.
