      On the Tenaru map is hexside 0812/0813 a river hexside according to the Guadalcanal terrain effects chart?
                                Is hexside 0715/0716 a creekhexside?

PG doesn't have river hexsides, per se. As this is a weird case, I would treat 0812 and 0813 as river hexes, but moving between as river crossing.

The 0715/0716 boundary is a creek hexside.

There are no river crossing numbers, nor mention of rivers, nor whether they are minor or major rivers mentioned in the scenario instructions nor the Guadalcanal special rules up front in the RB.  And, unfortunately, there is not a visual explanation of terrain.
