RE: Panzer Grenadier: Dragon’s Teeth Breaking the Siegfried Line, 1944
Don, I don't have an answer, but get a beer for me. This is my back order list:
Ramparts of Vienna, May 6, 2023
Journal No. 54 Stalin's Tanks, May 6, 2023
The K-Pop Package, Nov 29, 2022
Liberation 1944 (book only), Nov 8, 2022
SaiPackage, Nov 8, 2022
Conquest of Ethiopia Playbook 2ed (book only), Nov 8, 2022
South Flank Playbook (book only), Jul 24, 2022
Gold Journal Volume 44 (Imperial and Royal Panzers), Oct 31, 2021
Infantry Attacks: Devil Dogs, Oct 31, 2021
Soldier Kings: Austrian Succession, May 27, 2021 (I actually double ordered this, so I should have 2 coming.)
Panzer Grenadier: Fire and Sword, Oct 22, 2020
Panzer Grenadier: Darkness Falls (book only), May 23, 2020
Panzer Grenadier: Korean War. Battles for Seoul, May 18, 2020
Panzer Grenadier: Ardennes 1944, Feb 28, 2020
Panzer Grenadier: American D-Day, Jan 4, 2020
Panzer Grenadier (Modern). Vietnam: Khe Sanh 1968, Jan 4, 2020
Panzer Grenadier (Modern). Cold War: Fulda Gap 1968, Jan 4, 2020
Soldier Emperor: Dreams of Empire, Sep 16, 2019
Panzer Grenadier: Gates of Leningrad, Dec 27, 2018
Lawrence of Arabia, I think in 2014 (now split into Palestine 1917 and Arab Revolt)
That makes 20 items or packages on back order. If you breakout the packages it comes 24-25 items.
The system is good, much better than those before it, but the APL follow through is rather sucky.
I here by authorize another martini, make it neat.

Maybe we could stage a "hostile takeover"! (Heh. Heh.) (That IS a long list!)

Unfortunately, APL is privately held, thus a hostile takeover is out. I am not against rebel projects though. Lost Battalion and PG Über (by extension PG Über Mentoring) were rebel projects. I also want(ed) to do PG: Race to Messina (which floundered) and a D-Day game (which never really started). Well, American D-Day is supposed to be coming.

From the way things go at Avalanche, I suspect I will be dead and gone before "D-day" ever comes out.

Jay, your pointing out Ochi made me look closer at my list. The top part seems to be missing. So, add these:
Panzer Grenadier: Ochi, Nov 19 2023
Pachetto Piccolo, Nov 19 2023
Green Kiwi Package, Oct 07 2023
Africa Orientale Italiana upgrade, Aug 25 2023
So, 20 games (now 21 with the split) and 4 packages on back order. Now I wait for "Now Shipping". I did not get Red Desert on my list.

RE: Panzer Grenadier: Dragon’s Teeth Breaking the Siegfried Line, 1944
I have been "picking up" games through Noble knight for a year now. You can see from my home page that I have quite a few games that fall into my area of interest. I am waiting for (but NOT pre-ordering for), Fire and Sword, Ochi, Big Red One and Fall of the Philippines, and under the pretense and promise that Dragon's Teeth was finally ready, I ordered that one. I ordered (and paid for) Tiger Hunter and AOI pieces almost a year ago and ZIP! Which was (incidentally) about the time I decided NOT to preorder any longer.
Doesn't ANYONE at AP look at these figures? It WOULD help his sales considerably if he could do a better job of fulfilling this promised production. Yes? At least he would NOT tend to PO his devotees/grognards.

You know..... all this negative talk about AP would tend to have a negative affect on AP as an entity. Which is why I don't go on and on about the delays as much as I would LIKE to. As Grognards, it is our duty to "push/talk up" AP as much as possible... but it becomes extremely hard to do with performance poor as what we see. Just sayin'.
So I continue to "talk up" the merits of AP and sorely HOPE that they will get their act together..... and it wouldn't even be a charitable act, it would be a totally selfish act for AP, in that it WOULD increase sales, increase the "fan base" and would enhance AP's "respect" in the wargame community. The best of all possible worlds!

It's just hard for me to support a business that appears to operate in this manner. Both GMT and MMP also have you preorder, but they don't charge until there is product shipping, a much fairer approach. I have two APL orders pending back to 2015 and my list is similar to Peter and Jay
