More on Hamete
I know a lot of us are familiar w the Hamete Virtual Dice Roller. I was first introduced to it a couple years ago by Scott Blanchett, (has anyone heard from him lately?), and have been using it ever since. But, there seems to be a problem with it. It appears to be overly repetitive. I don’t think my dice tower is as repetitive. For example, tonight I’m getting a load of 10s. Many times, I’ll get say 4-5 7s or 8s in a row. For the first time in memory I rolled a 17 the other night.
BTW, as far as logistics go, I’ve already hit it on turn 4 w a 4 in my current game, but threw it out. One adjustment there might be to go to a 3 and an 18, if players want two numbers that might be a bit lower odds than a3 and a 4.
