German Heer 1941-1942 6.1
Im not seeing the PZ1 in the OOB. Edelweiss #10 is being pesky and calling for some.

They are in OOB German Army 1936-40 1.2.

Odd. There are no PzI's in The East Front or in the Edelweiss counters. I wonder where they expected to find them?
I can add them to 1941-42 OOB extension in the regular update later.

I would have to assume they were intended to come from Afrika Korps based on the games published before Edelweiss.

Its not a huge deal, I just used PZIIs in their stead for the time being. From the PZHQ database it looks like Tank Battles and Fire In the Steppe are going to be calling for them from this OOB too.

Tank Battles calls for them, but that is 1938 scenario. I wonder where Fire In the Steppe was supposed to get one. It uses East Front Dx counters and there are no PzI's in the mix.

Looks like you are correct about that 1938 scenario in Tank Battles. It slipped my mind that they had the original Austrian stuff in there. Had to cut those out of the back cover IIRC....

#23 and its corresponding battle game in Fire in the Steppe does in fact call for the Pz I. I pulled out my scenario book to double check. You are correct that there is no counter for it in that box, not sure where the miscommunication lies with that one, but somewhere the heads were not in one place....

Yes, they made their way into the countermix on the early war modules. I'm playing through the very very early (in terms of game production date) stuff (because im weird) that long predates any of that, hence the discussion above as to what Pz1 counter was printed prior to the Edelweiss expansion.

Or the second issue of Fire in the Steppe, a boxed game that should be complete in itself, not having a counter for it, but calling for it in one scenario.

White Eagles, Hopeless but not Serious, Fall of France and Road to to Dunkirk use the 1936-40 German OOB extension in Vassal.
