Avalanche Press and the Gold Club Discount

Going to finally put my money down to buy Fall of France...1940
99$...

But! I'm a gold club member...paid the money, for this one in particular...

Go to site, put in code....says invalid...

Snap screen...send to customer support....days go by...I no buy....I have to sigh...why oh why...  (sorry)

Any ideas gentlemen?

I'm the wargaming elite....Mike says I can handle this----putting in a code...

I guess he's not, cause he can't....

What am I missing?

he has stepped up before when I went to consimworld....

I figured I was somehow being "less then the elite of wargaming" (as he calls his Gold Club members) and being stupid about it...
but...if no one else can make it work either....or doesn't see anything in what I am doing....

Dr. Mike stepped in personally and we went back-forth a few times and got it to happen.

So---a pleasant nudge on consimworld seems to be the most effective method---it's worked twice now
with the Good Doctor stepping in personally each time....
