That is the process that works for me. It is an outgrowth of an old Daily Content article, and fair amount of experimentation. The counters themselves evolved similarly. They started with the downloadable expansions, Ottavio threw in an idea, I tried another, and on and on. It all came together when I realized the ribs were a problem, and half a page was a limit.
