By my count, there were, besides the "official" Nationalist army, and the PLA, there were 7 different Chinese forces, including Manchoukoans, the collaborationist Nationalist forces controlled by Nanking, and quite a few others. I still think WW2 started in 37 and ended in 45.

No can do. I must be on double-secret ban-ation: I can login at CSW, but in the APL Support forum, there is no option tab to "post message." This is unique to that forum, as under the PG general forum I do see the "post message" tab.
Not a big deal; got the word about the dead link to APL through Larry probably quicker via this route anyway.
Btw, the jester fellow is my cousin Yorick. I'm the curmudgeon of the family.
