Bank Counters?

There is a need for "Bank" counters to show which side of a river a unit is occupying.  Right now I'm typing it in using the generic label counter; it would be nice to have a ready made counter to use. I suggest that the counter have an arrow to indicate which side and the arrow or counter would be rotatable to use for different directions.

Heck, just Arrows would be useful in a number of ways....
Make them Hide-able as well.....
