Not getting leaders?

For some strange reason I am not getting my "leaders" loaded as they should when I try to load them. At first it was just the Japanese leaders, but more recently some of the Russian and German leaders are not showing up as well. All I get is the background (where the leaders are usually displayed) in the allotted space. I had thought it was just my computer at first, but it would not have loaded the background if there was a file misread. This is a bit of a problem. First, because I cannot figure the problem out and (second) because I bounce around in the scenarios and NEED those "Leaders" from time to time.

Any ideas, suggestions.... (help).

This happens if you don't activate an extension, start making a scenario, then remember to activate it after you have started making the scenario.  I ran a thread on this last weel.  The only solutions are to either start all over or se the PG-HQ random leader selection tool and pull the leaders form the Game pieces tab.

If you are setting up an online game, make sure you both are using the same extensions. Sometimes when the other guy sets up the game and there are extension mismatches, the images may not show up for the player that joins the game.

Duplicate extension with different names. This can confuse the system.
