Yes. If you roll the Hit number (2 dice read digitally) or higher, step loss then M2 check. If you roll the Kill number or higher, the unit is just dead.

The differential slope on my table is less steep, in the probability sense. That it why I need 11-66 rolls. My cousin liked it so much he had me do the other charts in the came format. Except for some smoothing at one column on the Assault chart, the probabilities are same as the 2d6 charts from APL.
