Let me ask for a bit of clarification on the AT gun thing if I may ... Does your house rule permit an AT gun 2 shots in the first turn that it fires? I'm feeling a bit foggy from my medication this morning.

Yes, but then it's cover is blown and it only gets one shot from then on if it remains in that position.
If it moves and sets up in a new position, it gets the efficiency bonus again until it shoots.
