Welcome welcome! That is an interesting request.
I can certainly add a "Not any" field, but it would need another table of options to check so that you could say you want Ambush OR Hidden Units but NO Terrain Mods, for example.
I should be able to enable that in the next day or two. I'll post here again once I have.
