RE: Avalanche Press
The fact is that APL doesn't respond to support emails.  I had an exchange with Mike from APL and he explained that an employee had some kind of stalking problem from an email and they basically have no one to answer emails.  Mike will respond at CSW, but, it seems to take aqn extreme act.  I placed an order which was not shipped for 6 months and could not get any response.  I even tried looking up their phone number and called it, but it went to a bank or something.  Couldn't get any explanation of what was wrong with their phone number.
Bottom line, while I love their products, they have zero customer service.  I have actually had better customer service buying my games used on ebay.  That is a very sad statement.
I totally get the hassles of being a small business owner.  I am one.  i can tell you, if I had the customer service APL has, I would be out of business.  I hope they stay in business but I really hope their customer service improves.  They have gotten zero money from me because they can't ship product.
So sad.

Same complaints..... different year. Nothing ever changes. That tells you something about the "management".

Here's one for the record books: Today I received back a letter I sent to AP complaining about not receiving a couple of games I ordered..... The letter was mailed out on the 23rd of April, 2023. A year-and-a-half? You have GOT to be kidding me!

Nothing new from AP, some gamers here have been dealing with the same issues for over 10 years.  Save yourself the hassle, do not purchase directly from AP no matter how good the deal is as you might be waiting years before you get your game(s), then only to find out that the counters & scenarios are rehashed from a game 15 years ago being passed off as new.  I have purchased the majority of my AP games from other sellers with no issues and at a better price.
