Q about Eastern Front editions

Getting back into Panzer Grenadier (can't believe I sold all those Golden Journals!).

Quick question: are these Eastern Front [sic] games the same, apart from one having 4th Ed rules and charts? Are the scenarios different? Thanks.

Generally the answer is no, with regard to the scenarios. The parts are largely consistent across the series. Map graphics have become improved, but the maps are largely the same.

There are big overlaps in 3 games I can think of.
Panzer Grenadier: The East Front with the German scenarios in Eastern Front Deluxe.
Romanian  scenarios in Eastern Front Deluxe with Armata Romana.
Slovakia’s War is mostly a rewrite of First Axis.
