PG Uber base module, now v4.0
    Fixed the off-board artillery placement when fired
    Added prototypes to handle boats better
    Many commands converted to single key
    Morale, Digging in and Activation now in bi-directional loops
(v3.x still works with everything except watercraft. Don't try shared play with v3.x and v4, you will get weird results.)

Peace in Our Time and Changsha Operation became supported during the quarter.
Blue Danube and River Fleets Regained their supported status with some rework and the new base module.
Atlantic Marines became supported with the update of OOB Vichy French Army 1940-42 and the new Ldr Vichy French Atlantic Marines extension.
Legions of Zog is now supported with the new OOB-Ldr Royal Albanian Army 1936-39 extension and the OOB Italian Army 1935-39 update.

Grossdeutschland '46 has its unit counters, so now it is a game package in the library. Against more rational judgement, I added Secret Weapons to Vassal game library. SW was always supported, but I was unsure how Shad would feel about the size of the download he would be hosting.

Both games are really big dowloads. GD'46 comes in at 116MB, Secret Weapons at 172MB (175MB with the extras). It's probably best to only download the parts you need, not the whole package at once.

I, in a live game, found I had not updated a trait in one of the piece prototypes. It has been corrected and the version uploaded. That version is 4.0.1.

If you have version 4.0, you should get the new one. If you played with version 4.0, why didn't you tell me?

4.0 hasn’t been installed yet here as there are three ongoing games going with the 3.x version. Didn’t want to risk disruption in those.

It shouldn't hurt ongoing games, so long as you and your opponents update together.

Most of the component extensions already existed elsewhere. I did need to make an Allied version of the Lietuvos vietinė rinktinė. The Axis version will get a maintenance update in September.
