Pz Gren states that the max modified morale a unit or leader can have is 10.

Modern PG is silent on the topic  Does state 12 on 2 D 6 is auto Demoralization.

Can planes miss their target as is in 4th (3rd) PG on 1 or 2 on a D 6?

PG Modern appeared betwixt the 3rd & 4th PG editions. Since the 4th Ed is supposed to be backward compatible, I would expect that the max 10 modified morale would be applicable. The 3rd Ed is equally silent about max morale, thus it is a 4th Ed change.

Since it was included in the 3rd & 4th editions of PG, I expect the rule's absence from Modern is intentional. No missing or not arrive.

That would be my call. I don't see why aircraft would be part of battlefield logistics. (Handcart didn't show up at the airfield?)

Are 2 planes put down one at a time if bombing two different hexes?

Thinking of AA fire. AA fire is opportunity fire.

Ground unis can fire twice at two different units that move in the same activation.
